Our head office is based in Cardiff city centre, and with a second site in Swansea city centre it’s nice and easy for our staff to get to work. Both sites are close to local amenities and all travel routes.

What training would I get?
On starting with the company our Sales Advisors undergo a thorough seven day induction training programme before moving on to our training ‘Academy’, where they will spend up to two weeks honing their sales skills before joining the main sales floor. Throughout the probationary period with the company, everyone will get coaching and feedback from our highly trained team. We want our employees to feel confident in their jobs so we try and provide them with all the tools they need to fulfil their potential, and of course earn good money!
Sales Advisors will receive regular refresher training, and we speak to each person every month to discuss their progress and set obtainable objectives to keep them occupied! There are also opportunities to work towards nationally recognised qualifications such as NVQs.
