To undertake engineering & construction design and pre-contract procedures including bids and cost estimating, contract documents and liaison with clients.
To control and manage the financial aspects of pre and post-contract procedures.
To ensure compliance with current legislation and the Council’s Standing Orders.
To assist in the Consultancy’s responsibilities with regard to the CDM Regulations.
