Credit Control Manager,
£18-25,000,
Cardiff.
Based in central Cardiff, our client is seeking person to supervise and motivate 2 Credit Controllers completing the following duties:
:
*Collect outstanding debt via telephone and letter
*Maintain the sales ledger
*Resolve customer queries relating to accounts
*Review the aged debtor reports to prioritise debt collection
*Prepare reports for litigation and County Court Summons as required.
Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience required, together with credit control experience. Previous implementation of processes and procedures would be an advantage.
