Our award winning client is seeking to employ a talented IT Support Engineer to join its growing team. The successful candidate will have excellent 1st and 2nd line support experience in Windows systems, with good knowledge of Active Directory, PC hardware and software as well as good skills in networking. This is a challenging and fast paced role which will involve you in telephone and desktop user support at all times, troubleshooting PC and printer problems, configuring, supporting, and performing routine maintenance of hardware and software for desktop and laptop users.
