- Establish and monitor scope of program/project.
- Analyse program proposals, determine timelines, funding, staffing, program needs and schedules.
- Establish and manage the financial objectives by preparing budgets; scheduling and approving expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Establishing program performance measures.
- Prepare program status reports.
- Accountable for delivering program objectives.
- Controlling program plan and schedule changes.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Ideally Bachelors’ degree in Engineering or Business.
- 5 years experience within manufacturing.
- Broad cross functional experience of working in/with manufacturing, operations, engineering, quality, sales, program management.
- Demonstrable management leadership and communication skills.
- New product launches in the automotive environment.
- Project team leadership.
- Excellent Problem Solving skills.
