Junior Sous:
Role Criteria:
• The ideal Junior Sous will have worked with in a 4 or 5 star kitchen.
• The ideal Junior Sous must have at least 2 yrs experience as a Senior Chef De Partie or Junior Sous
• Be a dedicated team player with a real passion for fine food and quality seasonal flavours
• The ideal Junior Sous will be able to lead in the absence of the Sous and direct junior chef’s in the up keep of Standards
• Have a full understanding of front of House and its operations and goals
