Based in Bristol we are looking for a service manager to provide customer and operational support to Finance and HR systems in a business critical environment. You will work alongside the project and relationship managers to ensure all monthly and yearly reporting / transactions are able to be completed through the IT systems, ensuring all data is captured and analysed through the systems. You will investigate and provide back up in the event of failure and manage the project through to completion ensuring the technical/IT department can resolve and fixes issues. You will maintain good communication between all departments and undertake formal service reviews and reporting ensuring the business customers perception and expectations are in line with operational IT.
