Case Owner required ASAP
Outskirts of Cardiff
Up to £14,000 per annum
A new and exciting opportunity has arisen within an expanding organisation based in the outskirts of Cardiff for an administrator, who has experience within the financial services or legal sector.
You will effectively administer a portfolio of customers in accordance with laid down procedures, ensuring applications are processed within agreed time standards. You will also manage and address customer issues over the telephone and in writing.
You will have the opportunity to use your skills in the following areas -
To ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks associated with the laid down procedures, both regulatory and legal.
To manage a portfolio of cases proportionate to the pipeline/team size.
To achieve or exceed set targets and work as part of a team to fulfil client Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).
To provide clear and well reasoned responses to enquiries by telephone and in writing.
Building relationships with third parties.
Duties carried out with minimal supervision once training has been given.
You will also have the a proven track record of the following skills -
Excellent customer service skills - administrative, communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organisational skills, flexibility, adaptable and an ability to prioritise
Computer literate in MS Excel and Word
Ability and willingness to learn and pick up new tasks
Ability to meet deadlines and achieve agreed targets
Takes ownership of issues and sees through to resolution
