We are looking for a Tenant Liaison Officer to work for a national building contractor on a permanent basis. As a Tenant liaison Officer you will be required to coordinate schedule of works, technical & trade staff and become the main point of contact for tenants, whilst work is being carried out within the tenant’s homes. You will also be required to document, record keep and maintain diary of events, ready for submission for their clients.
The successful candidate with have the following skills:
Previous experience in private or public sector housing
Excellent communication skills
Team work skills
Administration skills
Attention to detail
Good record keeping skills
IT Literate and comfortable with Microsoft Office
Confident and happy with speaking with tenants, colleagues and contractors
