With your experience in a busy Customer Services environment, we don’t need to tell you how to manage and motivate a team. But as we always put the customer first, you’ll need to be absolutely committed to exceeding their expectations too.
You see, at T-Mobile, it’s not all based on sales targets. You’ll need to lead and coach to get the best out of your people and make sure they understand our products inside and out. And have some fun along the way.
They’re already a pretty successful bunch, so you’re not starting from scratch. And as long as you can organise their workloads, sort out shifts and give them the development plans and performance reviews they deserve there’s no reason why you shouldn’t grow alongside them.
You’ll come with some decent exam results, a good grasp of computers and the ability to concentrate on people who may need more help than others. If you speak a second language or know how a contact centre operates, all the better.
