Our client’s goal is to help organisations to maximise their recycling potential and minimise the amount of waste being sent to Landfill. They have a successful track record in providing bespoke solutions for a diverse range of organisations. They now require a Customer Service / Sales Support Administrator to handle the day to day telephone calls at their main site. As the company grows you will be exposed to a wider range of business issues so the ability to learn quickly and spot opportunities is paramount in this position.
General duties of the job:
• Dealing with enquiries over the phone, relaying messages, progressing orders, customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
• Forward all sales leads to Business Development Managers
• Assisting account management team with new business roll outs.
• Assisting with the sales department to help develop new business and potential business opportunities
• Answering all incoming telephone calls and directing to the correct department / person.
• General office administration duties in support of Customer Service and Sales (this includes some credit control and invoicing duties)
Candidate Requirements:
• Administration and customer services experience preferably from an environmental or manufacturing background
• Good administration and organisational skills is also essential
• You will have knowledge and experience of managing a wide range of customers with different expectations and have the ability to identify sales opportunities
• Knowledge of South Wales geographical area
• Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
