| Based South Wales, our client requires a service desk analyst to provide first line support and guidence to users across multiple sites. A knowledge Microsoft products and Active Directory are essential as is the ability to stick to service level agreements. Effective communication skills are very important to succeed in this environment. In return for your commitment, you can expect a basic salary of up to £20,000 pa along with extensive benefits and overtime.
