Randstad Contact Centre Solutions is currently recruiting for Premier Customer Service Advisors working for a global banking and finance organisation at their award winning business telephone banking centre in Newport, Cleppa Park.
Making outbound calls to existing customers, you will be directly responsible for promoting relevant products available to customers. Providing financial advice as well as promoting other products and services to add to the customer's portfolio.
