| This is an excellent opportunity in an expanding organisation based on the outskirts of Cardiff city centre. For this particular role, you will be working within a call centre environment predominantly taking inbound calls but also making outbound calls to customers who have given their details for a call back. When you call the customer, you will be looking to build rapport and make an appropriate appointment for an advisor to visit them. You must ensure you mention the benefits of the appointment, gather the customers address details and manage the diary of the appropriate advisor. There may also be opportunities to take inbound calls from customers. The hours of work are between Monday to Friday on either an 11-7 shift or a 12.30-8.30 shift, you would also be required to work one in four Saturdays on a 10-2 shift. |
