| My Client urgently require a Programme Manager - who will be responsible for the delivery of a programme of national importance - extremely high profile. Integrating Health and Management of Chronic Conditions in Wales. Significant experience at senior managerial level with evidence of broad portfolio of work across public sector together with staff management. Proven track record of leading and implementing significant whole system change. Knowledge of NHS Change Management and Service Improvement agenda and methodologies, including knowledge of current Service Improvement change management strategy. Understanding the requirement of Information Governance in relation to the NHS. Desirable skills are Degree in Clinical Governance and knowledge of the NHS broader Modernisation Agenda.
