    Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

    Hourly Rate: £6 - £6.50 per hour

    Job Type: Permanent

    Hours of Work: Monday-Friday 8am–8pm, Sat 9am-6pm, Sun 10am-5pm

    With a fresh, fun working environment this fast growing company are looking for customer focused advisors to join their expanding team.
    Day To Day Duties:
    The role will involve taking inbound calls and dealing with new and existing customer queries. The calls will be varied but an exceptional standard of service will be required at all times and calls should be dealt with as efficiently as possible.
    Suitable candidates will be intelligent, articulate and have a strong customer focus, good attention to detail and the ability and to adapt to new situations. Full training and support will be provided and opportunities to move onto other projects as well as progress throughout the business will be available for those who develop good skills and have a positive can-do approach.
    Required qualifications and experience:
    Experience in customer service in a contact centre is an advantage but other customer focused backgrounds will be considered. You must the desire to work hard and do well with a positive attitude. A warm, professional telephone manner and good interpersonal skills are required along with the ability to work in a timely and efficient manner with a good eye for detail. Successful candidates will work well as part of a team as well as having the ability to work independently. They will also be PC literate and have a keen attitude to learn and continually improve their skills.

    Skills:
    • Good communication skills including having a great telephone manner and effective listening skills
    • The confidence to present deal with a variety of queries and handle complaints
    • The ability to record accurate customer information showing attention to detail
    • Building trust and rapport with customer
    • To help others and work as part of a team to achieve targets and goals
    • Having a positive and enthusiastic approach to all tasks
    • Flexibility in the way tasks are approach and adaptable to change
    • The desire to have fun at work whilst always ensuring targets are achieved as a priority
