Day To Day Duties:
The role will involve making outbound business to business sales calls to prospective customers and using trained sales techniques to confidently present cost effective products and services. This should result in an account being set up which will subsequently be managed by the advisor for repeat business.
Suitable candidates will be intelligent, articulate and have a strong customer focus, good attention to detail and the ability and to sell through great service. Full training and support will be provided on an ongoing basis with realistic and achievable targets being set. This is a job that will grow as the successful candidate develops and this will be reflected in the generous commission structure.
Required qualifications and experience:
A sales background and desire to achieve and exceed targets is essential. Full product and industry knowledge will be trained but candidates should already have a good work ethic with a positive attitude and be highly motivated to earn a great salary. A warm, professional telephone manner and exceptional listening skills are required along with the ability to work in a timely and efficient manner with a good eye for detail. Successful candidates will be reliable, dedicated and work well as part of a team as well as having the ability to work independently. They will also be PC literate and have a keen attitude to learn and continually improve their skills and manage ongoing accounts to maximise the benefits of each customer relationship.

• Good communication skills including having a great telephone manner and effective listening skills
• Must be dedicated, reliable, self motivated and have the desire to develop and progress
• The confidence to present to a range of customers including high level management with in an intelligent and articulate manner
• The ability to record accurate customer information showing attention to detail
• Building rapport and engaging customers on the telephone
• To confidently and quickly move customers through a structured sales process
• To help others and work as part of a team to achieve targets and goals
• Having a positive and enthusiastic approach to all tasks
• Flexibility in the way tasks are approach and adaptable to change
