| Red Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for one of Cardiff's main Car Dealerships for an experienced Service Advisor on a Permanent basis. Job Description To support the service desk by dealing directly with incoming phone enquiries, loading the workshop diary, price at time of booking, reserving a courtesy car, agree time of arrival and collection and assisting the service manager with daily standard operations The key roles and responsibility of this position will include • Maximise service profitability through the use of professional sales techniques • ?Maximise customer awareness of all available retailer services • Ensure highest level of customer care and satisfaction at all times • Maintain excellent standards of departmental administration • Help retailer to achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency • Dealer audit • Customer satisfaction: • Retention of Customers (repeat purchase) Working Hours - Five Days per week with every other Saturday in turn Basic hours of work will be 7.45am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday, (Taking into consideration 60 minutes for lunch) and 8.30am to 12.30pm Saturday’s in rotation.
