Our client is currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Administrator.
They are a national provider of products and services that support the maintenance and repair of production machinery. They are looking for an Internal Sales Administrator to work in either their Cardiff, Newport or Merthyr sites.
Key Responsibilities of the position include:
Preparing Quotations for customers
Liaising with customers via phone and email
Trade counter activities as and when required
Entering sales orders onto the database
General administrative duties
Follow up calls to customers that have expressed an interest in products and services.
Skills and Experience
The suitable candidate will have experience of working in a telephone, sales or customer service environment, must be PC literate at an intermediate level and a background of working in an industrial or engineering environment would be an advantage.

The hours of work are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm and Saturday 9am - 12pm (on a rota basis)
