| Sales administrator Newport Immediate Start £12,000 per annum A new and exciting job opportunity has arisen within an office in the outskirts of Newport for an experienced administrator. You will have previous experience of working in a customer-focussed environment and will ideally have experience of having worked in a manufacturing background. Main duties and responsibilities will include – · Providing admin support · Establishing good working relationships with clients, suppliers and service providers · Dealing with customer queries · Adding orders to database · Developing and maintaining databases · Liaising effectively with other internal departments · Processing of sales orders · Any other ad-hoc admin duties as and when requested · Typing, filing & photocopying Key Skills needed – · Excellent written and verbal communication · Previous customer service experience · Strong administrative background · Ability to organise and prioritise · Ability to work well as part of a team · Comfortable to work well under pressure and ability to multi task · IT literate with Microsoft office package · A good team player with a proactive approach, with the ability to be innovative Previous experience of working in a manufacturing background would be advantageous.
