| Our client is a successful contract research organisation serving the international pharmaceutical industry. They have modern, well-equipped facilities to determine the effects of new drug substances. They currently have a new opportunity for a Clinical Data Co-ordinator. Reporting to the Clinical Data Manager you will provide support within data management and statistics covering the following areas: Responsibilities 1. Case Report Forms (CRFs) and study specific data tracking. 2. Ensuring clinical databases are up to date. 3. Ensuring SAS programs are written and are up to date. 4. Ensure Electronic Data Transfer programs and transfers are up to date. Some specific duties: 1. To provide quality data management support to clinical projects under taken by the company 2. To ensure (CRFs) are returned to clients and other required information, in due time 3. To ensure the collation of project material is completed upon report sign off. 4. To provide a data management manual. 5. To design clinical databases and data entry screens for clinical studies 6. To enter clinical data when required. 7. To manually code adverse event data with the assistance of clinical staff. 8. To produce a data management validation plan for required studies. 9. To ensure the clinical database is clean prior to reporting study data. Candidate requirements 1. Mathematics, Statistics or Computing degree would be ideal for this role 2. The ability to deal accurately with routine work 3. Good interpersonal and organisation skills 4. Computer literate 5. Working with minimum supervision in a regulated environment 6. Mature attitude and be able to take responsibility for the task assigned |
