As an ICT Support Administrator your role will involve:-
Providing technical and administrative support and assisting with ongoing system development activities for in house bespoke systems
Provide ICT technical and administrative support for in house bespoke systems
Support - provide 1st and 2nd line support to system Users and logging issues – providing technical advice either immediately for common problems or for investigation/resolution within agreed standards of service
Trouble shooting - investigating reported system issues
Liaising with colleagues to ensure that roll out of the existing system and/or enhancements is consistent with the needs of the business
System set up support – administrative data to allow use of existing systems for new applications
System Testing – including scenario/case and regression testing, to include assisting in preparation and execution of test plans and reporting & tracking of issues/resolutions
Preparation/development of training documents and provision of training of systems
Providing any other support to the department
To be successful within this role you will need the following skills/experience & qualifications:-
Knowledge of Excel and other MS Office packages, be educated to A Level standard or equivalent in subjects relating to numerical/analytical/computing content. Ideally have experience of database query/programming language eg SQL. Must have a minimum of 12 months experience inclduign technical support, system/user acceptance testing and system implementation/data migration.
In return the company offer a salary of £15 to £17,000 per annum, including excellent benefits, incentives and career opportunities.
The hours of work arte 8.30 to 5.00pm Monday to Friday
