Based in Cardiff we are looking for a support person with an MCSE accreditation to join a strong team providing internal and external support. Working on a multitude of platforms you will provide 1st and 2nd line support to users in a timely manner. You will posses Specialist knowledge in at least one of the following technical areas is required: AS400 operation and support; configuration and installation of PC and Server hardware and software; configuration and support of PCs, Servers, Windows, e-mail systems, networks, Lotus Notes, other operating systems; Problem and Change Management. You will also get the opportunity to work and deliver IT projects across sites. This is a great leaning opportunity for someone who HOLDS (or is close to completing) their MCSE accreditation and is looking for an opportunity to develop in a commercial environment
