My client is a world renowned consultancy, who offers many attractive benefits with employment. They are looking for a CAD Technician.
Responsibilities; to support project manager and CAD team with the provision of 3D modelling for a large number of projects including highways, flood defences and tunnelling schemes carried out in the UK and overseas.
The priorities of this role will include:
*Supply of accurate ground/corridor models from survey information
*the ability to edit and re profile to the Project Managers specification
The successful candidate will possess an HND in civil engineering or equivalent and be able to demonstrate the following skills and knowledge:
*fully experienced in the use of AutoCAD Civil3D release 2006,2007 ,2008
*full knowledge of Autodesk StudioMax release 9
*knowledge of Microsoft applications + Sketch-up and Dynamite software would be desirable
