Job Elements: -
• Assist with user queries and all aspects of helpdesk support call management.
• Ensure customer service level agreements are met.
• Quality Assurance checks on system upgrades.
• Support a team of Project Managers.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Ideally educated to degree level.
• Previous experience in an IT helpdesk/support role.
• MS Access and or SQL skills. Query/Report writing skills.
• Customer focused and excellent communication skills.
• Able to meet tight deadlines and targets.
• Technically literate – Microsoft Operating systems/MS Office.
