The Role:
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting and repair of production equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and keep records on maintenance projects.
• Train operator and provide technical support to production operator
• Investigate cause of production defect.
• Analyzes quality and work to improve quality yield.
• Make effect positive change in machine performance.
• Perform process optimization
• 4-on 4-off shift pattern
What the company is looking for in the successful candidate:
• HNC/HND in a relevant technical/engineering subject would be an advantage.
• Maintenance skill (electrical, mechanical and PLC) is required
• Basic skill of CAD is desirable
• Ability to use standard test equipment, machine, and hand tool.
• 2 years experience in a high volume-manufacturing environment
• Technical knowledge of DVD disc is beneficial
• ISO 9001 experience is desirable
