Sous Chef required for busy Brassiere £20k plus gratitude’s
As a Sous chef in this quality Brasserie your duties will include
• Running the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence
• Be able to cook to a very high standard from a French menu
• To be able to direct a team of junior chef’s
• Be able to produce a plate du jour with passion and finesse
• To be able to control the passé with complete confidence
The right candidate must have a quality background of either rosette or equivalent be able to work under pressure and be used to producing quality food in volume
If you are looking for your first role as a Sous Chef in a quality restaurant this is a great position for you
It will be a mixture of straight shifts and splits but overtime is paid !!!
