Your role as the kitchen manager forms a critical part of the management team.
The Harbour is a modern dining restaurant with tables of all shapes & sizes plus separate dining area’s serving modern to great traditional favourites. This choice of contemporary dining for any occasion is what makes dining at Table Table so special.
With your passion for food and inspiration as a leader, you’ll be driven to deliver the highest standards and your main responsibilities will be:
•Training your team to deliver great quality food consistently at large volume
• Ensuring a high level of health & food safety hygiene standards
• Managing food stock controls
• Recruiting your kitchen team
• Skills & Experience should include previous successful kitchen management/leadership
• Effective communicator
• Ability to inspire and motivate team members
• Having the confidence to make your own decisions and to work on your own innovative
• Energy to drive forward improvements and achieve results.

Salary: £19,000 -£ 21,000 (depending on experience)
