The role: You’ll work closely with the restaurant’s General Manager in making every single feature as good as it can be. This will include motivating a team to achieve higher standards, providing exceptional food and service and meeting ambitious targets. Indeed, you’ll actively strive to exceed every single customer’s expectation – so that they come back time and again. Your main responsibilities will include: • Ensuring a consistently high customer experience • Inspiring and motivating a dedicated team • Developing the business • Collecting customer feedback and looking for improvements • Complying with the brand’s high standards • Finding ways to make the brand better Your skills and qualifications will include: • Exceptional hospitality, retail or leisure industry experience • A proven management or supervisory background • Excellent team working and communication skills • The ability to lead and motivate • Outstanding customer care abilities • First-class organisational skills What we’ll be looking for in you: This is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
