A leading, international manufacturer of high quality products are currently looking for an experienced manufacturing engineer to strengthen their successful team. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for identifying areas for step change improvement and maximising performance.
Role & Responsibilities:
oDriving through planned improvements
oIntroduce and champion lean manufacturing and best practise
oContribute in identifying training and development of operators
oMaintain and improve Cell based KPI's
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
oONC/HNC mechanical engineering an advantage
oCNC environment experience preferred
oProduction experience
oUnderstanding of lean manufacturing tools and best practise
oIT literate
Package:
o £24-26k
o Pension
