Job summary
You will manage sales leads/business enquiries that are received. You will contact customers or prospects as appropriate to clarify and/or add detail, then contact/distribute to field sales or relevant part of business.
Key responsibilities
· Manage sales leads/business enquiries that are received via postcards, email, phone, or fax, processing correctly and efficiently
· Liase with field sales on specific leads communicating/relaying all relevant/key information at all times.
· Consistently achieve set targets relating to Service Levels (calls abandoned and calls answered after 8 seconds)
· Use a professional telephone manner at all times.
· Assist with other activity/tasks as appropriate.
