Job Elements: -
• Management of major projects within time and budget constraints
• Develop & introduce new processes and products
• Conduct Process FMEA and reduce risk to manageable levels
• Health & Safety considerations incorporated into the process
• Utilise effective PLC programs for automated machinery
• Effective problem solving of all technical issues in the process
• Support kaizen activities for continuous improvement
• Develop and maintain effective data base and reporting
The ideal candidate will have:
• Engineering degree or equivalent
• Ideally a foreign language, preferably French
• Experience in a high volume manufacturing environment
• Process FMEA
• PLC Programming
• Quality Management systems
• Systematic problem solving tools and techniques
• Use of Autocad
• Process development techniques
• Process improvement techniques
• Capital justification systems
• New product and equipment introduction systems
• Process Mapping
