HR/Human Resources/Generalist
Superb HR generalist role is available within a reputable and expanding national company.
The role will involve providing hands on HR guidance and support to depot managers across your territory (Bristol and the South West). This will include advice on disciplinaries, capability, sickness and and employee relations.
Ideal candidates will have a strong generalist HR background. Previous HR experience within a manufacturing/industrial environment is very desirable. Experience of dealing with Trade Unions would also be advantageous.
Must be very flexible, and happy to travel. The role will also involve some element of overnight stays each week. Must be confident at delivering presentations and interacting with people at all levels.
