Full Description:
Job Elements:
* Developing KPI to monitor the manufacturing operation performance.
* Supporting and Training company member in 5 S Activity .
* Improving the manufacturing process through Kaizan Activity and Lean manufacturing techniques .
* Supporting the introduction of new product and Process into manufacturing operation.
* Developing Standard operational time and maintain data base.
* Supporting Manufacturing during start up builds.
* Support the training of company member in lean manufacturing principles.
* Develop Process map of and material flow though business.

The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous automotive industry background highly desirable.
* Must have previous production engineering expereicne.
* Lean / continuous improvement skills highly desirable.
* Ability to speak fluent French advantageous though not essential.
* Degree educated highly desirable but will depend on production engineering experience where by HNC/D may be suffice.
