| Job elements: - • To develop, implement and support a continuous improvement culture that will deliver and sustain long-term efficiency improvements. • To be a focal point for CI activities within area of responsibility and provide and deliver Lean Awareness training and basic tools and techniques for improvement The ideal candidate will have: • Analytical/Problem solving skills & Continuous Improvement Tools e.g. Value Stream Mapping, Workplace Organisation (5S) SMED & other quantitative tools. • Manufacturing industry experience. • IT literate.
