The role: -
• Drive the implementation of a Human Resources strategy, which maximises the contribution of people to meet the business objectives.
• Legal compliance and best practice will be ensured in all aspects of HR management.
• To support Trade Union relations, ensuring they add value where appropriate
• Maintenance of a stable employee relations environment.
• Ensure a cost effective Resourcing and Retention Process in order to achieve site targets.
• Maintain and develop the performance management system.
• To effectively manage the operational day to day HR activities including Disciplinaries and Grievances
What the company are seeking in the successful candidate: -
• Must have previous experience from within a generalist HR role within an highly operational environment e.g. manufacturing, call centre.
• Graduate calibre and / or CIPD qualified.
• Absence Management Experience.
• Dealing with Disciplinaries and Grievances.
• Experienced recruiter.
• Possess experience of dealing with TU’s and ER issues.
• Experience of working in a demanding, high volume HR environment.
