Full Description:

Job Elements: -
• Taking responsibility for all of the technical processes and facilities within the moulding department, including technical support to the production department.
• The key objective of the role is to ensure the efficient running of the Mould / In-mould machines and supporting production in achieving maximum output levels.
• 3 shifts – 6am – 2pm / 10pm – 6am / 2pm – 10pm, weekly rotating

The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following:
• Safe start up and shut down of moulding facility.
• Setting of moulding machines to produce acceptable product.
• Report any damage or issues with tooling or machinery to technical manager.
• Adhere to best technical practice.
• Self development in line with business goals.

The ideal candidate will have:
• Applicants must have a previous experience working with Moulding / Injection Moulding machines and previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
• Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Flexibility to cover alternative shifts
• Commitment to overtime is essential
