IT Helpdesk Support Advisors

The technical support team provide pre-sales advice, implementation services and on-going technical assistance - this is where we are looking to recruit.
Duties:
· Dealing with calls from customers resolving any queries at the first stage
· Working to SLA's and strict time frames
· Fixing PCs any network or server issues
· Ensuring all solutions are adhered to and quality is maintained

· MCP
· MCSE
