Training Co-ordinator £18-£19k I am currently recruiting for a training co-ordinator to join our Hr Team within our Quality Hotel based in South Wales This is an exciting and varied role where no two days will be the same!! The Role • The ideal Training Co-ordinator must have excellent presenting / administration skills. • The ideal Training Co-ordinator will have strong communication skills that can show they are very organised as they will be arranging NVQ’s for team members and carrying out tours for schools and colleges. • The ideal Training Co-ordinator will be proactive and have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office • The ideal Training Co-ordinator will also have to write monthly and yearly training calendars and reviewing departments training This is an office based position so being a team player is very important along with a good sense of humour.
