| You will be responsible for managing a team of up to 15 telephone sales representatives on a day to day basis which will include: - Effectively managing and motivating reps to achieve the KPI's - Developing and implementing weekly coaching plans for each sales representative - Monitoring and coaching of reps and giving practical feedback. - Holding weekly meetings with individual reps to discuss progress - Effectively managing and motivating reps to achieve the KPI's - Liaising with the Sales Director on rep performance - Excellent communication and listening skills - Be able to adapt priorities to meet changing demands - Using initiative to solve problems or suggest improvements - Meeting and exceeding targets - Competent at managing a team of sales representatives - MS Word and Excel skills - Experience of Sales training would be an advantage |
