| Job Elements: - • An integral member of the New Product Project Team responsible for Quality Assurance activities of suppliers. • Schedule Quality Assurance process for new or modified products according to Quality Product Plan (QPP). • Guarantee conformity of new or modified products until ISIR approval. • Identify project risks. • Develop and maintain effective operating systems. • Lead DFMEA activities. • Identify and manage product testing and customer incidents. • Establish the Supplier Quality Assurance Request (SQAR) for new or modified products. • Undertake pre-production Audit. • Continuous improvement process. The ideal candidate will have: • Engineering / Manufacturing / Quality degree highly advantageous. • Proven track record in a similar role. • Experience from within the automotive industry. • Experience of TS16949 Quality System ,Quality documentation and tools i.e. DFMEA, Control Plans SQA etc. • Project Management. • Understanding of 6 Sigma and similar Quality tools. • IT Skills.
