Full Description:
Our clients are an exciting and expanding company working within the medical diagnostics field developing revolutionary hardware / software systems to be used in conjunction with MR based equipment. The company is now seeking to recruit an additional professional to be person responsible for identifying and participating in the development of preclinical and clinical applications for the company’s suite of MR-based structural analysis tools

Main Duties
• Develop understanding the needs of the preclinical and clinical Communities to identify specific applications, evaluate the requirements for implementation
• Monitoring the development trends in the MR segment of the preclinical and clinical communities and identifying potential applications for company tools
• Preparing justifications, descriptions and specifications
• Working with the development team to complete the recommended applications
• Testing and validation of applications, support and trouble shooting

Candidate requirements
• Understanding of preclinical and clinical applications of MR
• Degree in biology, biochemistry, biophysics, or a closely related
• Ten years experience in medical research or clinical applications
• Excellent verbal, written, & presentation skills in the English language
• It would be useful if you had hands-on experience in clinical or preclinical MR or a related modality
• It would also be helpful if you have experience of leading a team and working in a ‘make it happen’ culture
