| We are currently recruiting for a forward thinking and dynamic call centre based in Cardiff City Centre. This business relies on keeping customers happy and exceeding their expectations and listening to what each and every one of them needs. They are currently seeking a Business Support Manager who will be responsible for all the change initiatives for 1600 FTE. The role will involve being the single point of contact for the business in terms of facilitating impact assessment of proposed changes and business cases which could impact the business. Oversee the ongoing migration of work. Develop expert understanding and knowledge of the relevant business units operations and systems. Work with other departments to ensure a detailed understanding of business processes and applications. You will also be responsible for managing the delivery of key initiatives and develop strong relationship across the organisation to deliver the customer strategies and plans. You will have a proven track record in delivery of projects / initiatives end to end across the business. You will need to be experienced in the full life cycle process model and have a proven record of introducing significant process and system changes.
