Job role
My client is a national financial services business that is experiencing unprecedented growth in its chosen market. I have been tasked to provide experienced trainers to join their successful contact centre in Cardiff. The role will involve creating, adapting and delivering training packages to new and existing contact staff across multiple departments.
Skills and experience
Full working knowledge of training methodology and application.
Ability to conduct a needs analysis to ensure cost vs. benefit gained.
Proven experience of delivery of training packages into a dynamic and fast moving environment.
Proven training delivery experience within a contact centre environment.
Experience designing, adapting and delivering training packages.
Ability to lead, motivate and inspire staff for success.
Good knowledge of the UK financial services industry is desirable.
