To work within a mutli-disciplined team delivering the design/ management of architerural mechanical and
electrical engineering projects
To assist the principal mechanical and electrical engineer in delivering a range of architectural M&E projects
in a commercial environment ensuring completion on time
to carry out surbeys prepare sketch plans working drawings details specifications and tender documentation
for building services projects with the assistance of CAD equipment
To analyse tenders and prepare reports for acceptance
To comply with health and safety regulations whilst in the office
To enusre records of design are entered into the departments monitoring system to ensure optimum productivity
To liaise with other professional design service staff
Essential
Minmium of HNC / Htech in Mechanical engineering / Building services and working towards incorporated
engineer status and membership of a recognised engineering institution
Full driving licence
Contract Duration: 3 months on going
