We’re looking for effective time management and practical planning skills in these service roles, as well as a real desire to meet and exceed the targets we set. You will enjoy selling, negotiating and strive to develop excellent customer relationships. It’s important that you’re able to act with minimal supervision and take responsibility for your own decision making. You’ll keep track of the way requests are progressing and actively seek feedback from the customers on the service that you're providing.
