A leading international chemical manufacturer currently has a vacancy for a Research and Development Engineer. You will be working in an advanced laboratory and conducting bench level experiments in pursuit of solutions to improving yield and processes. Boasting excellent career progression and opportunities worldwide, this is a great prospect for a PhD level student or a graduate with industry experience.
Role & Responsibilities:
oConducting experiments to research yield capabilities of products
oDeveloping chemical processes at fundamental micro level
oReport writing and scaling up of experiments to confirm findings
oClose analysis and research of polymerisation processes
oFrequent liaison with the process engineering department to improve yield and manufacturing processes.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
oEducated to a minimum of degree level in Chemistry
oPreferably a PhD level
oChemical Engineers with strong laboratory experience are encouraged to apply
