| Job Elements: - • Manage the timely procurement of materials to support manufacturing. • Accurate planning and delivery of raw materials. • Under take inventory cost modelling for current and future business. • Plan and execute appropriate replenishment methods for inventory minimisation. • Measure, monitor and report supply performance. • Ensure timely disposition of discrepant material • Provide Monthly Inventory Management Reports and Metrics. • Effectively manage the phase in of new products and phase out of existing products. • Support the principle of lean manufacturing and adoption of a 5S culture The ideal candidate will have: - • Educated to Degree level. • Professional Supply Chain Qualification (Planning) Advantageous. • Minimum of 3 years progressive vendor scheduling/planning experience • Inventory Cost Modelling • MRP experience or similar system. • Raw Material Schedule Management • Delivery of inventory/scrap reduction programmes. • Numerate with strong analytical and quantitative skills • PC skills proficient in MS Excel.
