| Our Client a leading UK manufacturer with over 25 years experience in their industry is currently looking to appoint an International Business Manager to mainly cover Europe, Far East and South American Markets. The position holds the following responsibilities; • Extensive key account field visits within Europe, the Far East and South America • Manage the business through distributors • Systematically analysing the market and business situation in each country and by product group to identify opportunities • Taking an active role in the marketing planning and sales forecasting process • Training and giving direction to the distributor’s sales force • Preparation of the annual budget and interim updates • Arranging and participating in local and international meetings and exhibitions • Work with the marketing departments and prepare for new product launch • Business and Product group profit improvement Candidate Profile • The successful candidate must have previous experience of 3-5 years in International sales, and training of distributors, direct customers and company personnel • Candidates must be from a technical industry background e.g. pharmaceutical/medical • Must be enthusiastic, ambitious, and proactive and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Fluency in spoken and written English is a must • Excellent knowledge of MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential • Must be presentable, accurate, reliable and a good team player • Must have the ability to work under pressure and undertake extensive traveling • Good leader ship and negotiation skills • Target oriented, self motivated and disciplined Benefits • £32,000 - £36,000 salary Negotiable • 5% company contribution pension • Company car (BMW) • Car Parking • 20 days holiday • 1.45pm finish on a Friday (Fortnightly) |
