| Job Purpose The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for delivering high quality administrative support to the Company recruitment function. Key Responsibilities " Administration for the Human Resources Department " Dealing with agencies, candidates and line managers " Liaising with various departments within the Company Duties/Tasks " Assisting in the recruitment and new starter process " Administration with regards to new starters and existing employees " Answer incoming calls and deal with queries " Providing HR support to Line Managers and Candidates " Assisting in organizing interviews " Dealing with various departments of the Company with regards to recruitment " Data entry Performance Measures " Timeliness and accuracy of work; " Feedback from line managers and HR function; The job holder will also be formally appraised in accordance with company procedures on his/her performance against specific objectives, which are defined at the beginning of the year. The successful candidate should have previous HR experience within a similar role. They should possess excellent administrative, organisation, communication and IT skills and have a confident phone manner. |
